The Two AI Systems

Every Dedicate song is produced by two AI systems working in sequence.

1. Language AI (Lyrics)

A large language model reads your form inputs and generates original lyrics. This is the same category of AI behind conversational assistants — but guided by a detailed system prompt that says: write a birthday song, in this language, with this emotional tone, using these specific details.

The model has learned from vast amounts of text, including song lyrics, poetry, and stories. It understands metaphor, rhythm, rhyme scheme, and emotional register. Most importantly, it can take the specific detail you share and weave it into the structure of a song.

2. Music AI (Composition)

Once lyrics exist, a music generation system composes instrumentation and vocals. It takes the style and mood as input (e.g., "pop, upbeat, celebratory") and produces original audio — a melody, a chord progression, a vocal delivery, and a full mix.

This is genuinely original music, not a template. Each song has its own chord progression, its own melody, its own specific arrangement.

Why Songs Feel Personal

The personalisation is not cosmetic. When you write "she always quotes Bollywood movies in every conversation," the language AI does not just mention Bollywood — it writes a line where the Bollywood reference becomes the metaphor of the whole verse.

When the memory you share is specific enough ("the time the train was delayed for three hours and we sat on the floor and talked for the first time"), the AI builds the whole song around that moment. It becomes the verse, the turning point, the thing that explains why this relationship matters.

What the AI Cannot Do

AI has real limitations worth knowing:
