1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Surio (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Description of Service

Surio is an AI-powered personalised song generator. Users provide personal details (names, memories, occasions) and the Service generates original AI lyrics and music. Songs are delivered digitally as audio files and shareable links.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make payments.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments and Pricing

• — Song preview (30 seconds): Free
• — Full song unlock: ₹199 per song
• — 10-song credit pack: ₹799

All payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s terms and privacy policy. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Refund and Regeneration Policy

If the AI-generated lyrics do not match your stated inputs, you may request a free regeneration within 24 hours of song completion by contacting us at supportsurio@gmail.com.

Refunds are not provided for completed, paid songs unless there is a technical failure preventing delivery. Please contact support if you experience any delivery issues.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Upon purchasing a full song unlock, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use, share, and play the song for personal purposes. You may share the song on social media and messaging platforms.

You may not sell, sublicense, or claim authorship over AI-generated songs produced by this Service. Surio retains ownership of the platform and generation systems.

By submitting personal details (names, stories, memories), you grant Surio permission to use this data solely for generating your song. We do not use your personal story data for any other purpose.

7. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Service to create content that:

• — Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening to any individual
• — Infringes on any third party’s intellectual property rights
• — Contains hate speech or incites violence
• — Is fraudulent or misleading

We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel accounts that violate these restrictions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI generation is inherently variable — while we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee that every generated song will meet all expectations. The free regeneration policy (Section 5) addresses this.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Surio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction at issue.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at supportsurio@gmail.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
