Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
Surio provides AI-generated personalised songs as a digital service. Because each song is uniquely generated on demand using AI, our refund policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the computational costs involved in generation.
2. Free Preview
Every song comes with a free 30-second preview before any payment is required. We strongly encourage you to listen to the preview before purchasing the full song. The preview reflects the quality and style of the complete song.
3. Cancellation Policy
Once a song generation has been initiated, it cannot be cancelled as the AI generation process begins immediately. Please ensure your form details are correct before submitting.
Credit pack purchases cannot be cancelled once the credits have been added to your account.
4. Free Regeneration
If the AI-generated song does not reasonably match the inputs you provided (names, memories, occasion, language), you are eligible for a free regeneration under the following conditions:
- — You request the regeneration within 24 hours of song completion
- — You provide specific details about what does not match your inputs
- — The mismatch is due to AI generation quality, not a change in your preferences
To request a regeneration, email us at supportsurio@gmail.com with your order ID and the specific issue.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available in the following situations:
- — Technical failure: If your song fails to generate and is stuck in a failed state for more than 24 hours despite our attempts to resolve it
- — Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same song due to a payment gateway error
- — Non-delivery: If payment was deducted but no song or credits were added to your account
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- — You are unhappy with the creative direction despite the song matching your inputs
- — You provided incorrect information in the form
- — You changed your mind after generation
- — The song has already been downloaded
- — More than 7 days have passed since the purchase
7. Refund Process
To request a refund, email us at supportsurio@gmail.com with:
- — Your registered email address
- — Order ID or Razorpay Payment ID
- — Reason for the refund request
We will review your request within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
8. Credit Pack Refunds
Unused credits from a credit pack are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used. Once any credit has been redeemed for a song generation, the remaining credits are non-refundable.
